Parallels 11 activation on OSX 10.13.6 fails (Check your Internet connection)

    Hello Avinash, I am having the exact same issue - could you message me as well with the fix, please? I have tried the kb fixes, but also did not resolve it for me. Thank you in advance!

    Hello Avinash,
    I run OS X 10.9 and downloaded Parallels desktop 11 from my account and upon activation I received a message:
    "Check your Internet connection".
    My internet connection is fine and I am just logged into my Parallels account and downloaded my P11 copy from there (plus the license key).

    Hello Avinash,
    Thanks for your email and the opportunity to install parallels desktop 13.
    Unfortunately, I got the following message:
    "Access denied. You do not have enough rights to use this virtual machine".
    I followed all instructions including those of KB 5733, but the result was negative.
    I would be grateful for any advice.

    I reinstalled my old MacBook pro, installed parallels from the link you sent me and the problems disappeared.
    Thanks for your help and assistance.
