    hi
user changed his domain password which we use for parallels and remote desktop login. now web interface still works as expected, also he can log in to the client (i changed stuff in his "publishing" and the changes appear on his side), but when he clicks on his remote desktop "windows security" window pops up saying "the logon attempt failed" reinstalled parallels client also recreated his server-side entry as well.
i added his desktop to my account, logged in with my credentials to the client, double clicked on his desktop, and had him log in with his credentials and that works.
at first i thought that his remote desktop password haven't changed but then how does the web interface work...
so my assumption is that his old password stuck somewhere on his client computer. maybe in windows credential manager but there i couldn't find anything that referred to parallels. should i just empty the whole credential manager? i'm sure he wouldn't mind re typing a handful of passwords once more to fix this annoying issue.
log entry looks fine to me (changed sensitive data)
