MFA Restrictions with different AD Forest

Greetings!

We are running Parallels RAS server on version 19.4.0 and started to enforce MFA on multiple users/groups.

However, we have an issue when we apply restrictions based on the user/group as below.

Parallels server is on AD Forest (A), and we have other users in AD Forest (B).

When we create a new restriction to enable/disable MFA for users from Forest B, it gets ignored as if it doesn't recognize them.

It is worth mentioning that the same users work fine when used on filtering, Global policies, or under any other aspect of Parallels RAS.
