I have no idea to whom or where this message will go but desperate to try any means to reach out to customer support other than by using Facebook or twitter. I have been a parallels user for over a decade, nearly two, in order to provide and support scientific software I have written for my community. After retiring from academia last year I no longer have access to my edu email and therefore can no longer access my parallels registration information attached to my former email. Let it be known, I always paid myself for all the licences have owned. Now I want to renew my latest subscription but cannot because the reg.# I have is attached to an email account I cannot access. As they say in Nepal, Apa ke garne (what to do?!). The reason I want not to destroy my current installation is because on the Windows side I have installed valuable application building software from a company that no longer exists but needed to produce 64bit Fortran programs. Basically, I and the Windows users of my community, are screwed if I can't continue to maintain and upgrade these programs. What to do? Respectfully, -pjk
