Hello, trying to build a new VM on an M3 max running MacOS 15.1.

The VM is created, Windows downloads fine and begins to install, then constantly craps to a BSOD saying "inaccessible boot device" and is stuck in a reboot loop.

This sounds like a disk rights situation, but I've given Parallels Desktop full control under "Privacy & Security" -> "Accessibility", and I'm not seeing any access requests beyond that. I tried to enable Parallels under I've fully disabled the SecAssesement security stuff ("spctl --master-disable"), and allowed full disk access to the app. I've rebooted the Mac, and restarted the VM recreation process from scratch - still getting the same result. Any suggestions?

Hello, I have the same problem, on M3 max as well.
I installed Windows both with the automatic parallels download, and from my own ARM image (from microsoft's site).
The results are the same. I never got into the windows installed, BSOD keeps popping with the message "inaccessible boot device".
I have worked with VMs for more than 10 years, both for my PC and servers, and never expected a paid software (and expensive, if you ask me) to be so bad at it.
Currently, Parallels Desktop is useless to me. It can't do the basic thing it promises to do, which is run Windows on Mac. Why did I pay then?
And the support Chat/Email is grayed out. Apparently, I am not an important customer to them.
