Getting error that license has reached limit

    I need help resetting my activations for Parallels 13. I do not have this on any other computer. Please reset my activations for this perpetual license.

    I tried again and I'm getting the same error. Can you try resetting activations again?

    I got the same, they said they have reset but I still got it again.
