Same, spinning with snaps, excel scrolling, sequoia 15.4.1 and latest parallels. Parallels really should have an easy rollback option to previous version for these kinds of bugs!!!

I second that. I think the handling of the issue could be vastly improved. Where is the Ticket? What is the status? Why no rollback?
Every year we pay a good amount of money for your licences and in return it would be more than ok that you offer transparency and customer guidance on such issues.

+1 to this issue. Also had significant issues with v20.3 on a Win 11 ARM machine freezing up when performing mouse actions, such as trying to snap a window to a side. Reverted back to 20.2.2 as above which has resolved the issue. Awaiting a fix from Parallels in an update, but disappointed it has taken this long and that the buggy 20.3 build is still available with no "known issue" posted about this, nor an official link to downgrade (other than the user posted link above). Extremely poor communication from the Parallels team on this one.

Shows how much testing goes into these updates, crazy this made it to production/live updates before it was noticed or found.

I'm experiencing the same issue, and it's incredibly frustrating. You're in the middle of resizing or moving a document, and everything freezes--completely disrupting your train of thought.

How come does it take so long time for Parallels to provide a fix along with v20.3 ? I even dont dare updating Windows with 20.2.2 since I am worried there will be some new performance issues showing up.

    Hello,
We have released Parallels Desktop 20.3.1 that addresses the issue. Feel free to update your instance of Parallels Desktop.

Thank you for your apologies. All comments will be ignored other than the update. It does not show customer loyalty.

20.3.1 is better, but unfortunately still laggy...
