Request to Reset Activation Limit for Parallels Desktop 16

    Dear Parallels Support Team,

    I recently replaced my Mac and attempted to activate Parallels Desktop on the new device.
    However, I received a message stating that the activation limit has been reached.

    I have a permanent license key for Parallels Desktop 16 for Mac Standard Edition.
    Could you please help me reset the activation limit so I can continue using the software on my new Mac?
