With Rosetta 2, shouldn't it be possible to run native Intel Windows, and/or Intel applications?

I've seen some people doing this with UTM, not sure how it compares performance wise with same apps running emulated in Windows 11 for ARM.

My issue is that most PC apps I need to run is Intel based, so their GUI's has terrible performance when running on M2 + Win 11 ARM.

Starting with Parallels Desktop 20.2.0 you can use x86 emulation on Apple silicon Macs.
This functionality allows you to run some Intel-based (x86_64) virtual machines (VMs) on Apple silicon Macs via our proprietary emulation engine.
