Empty Windows Recycle Bin (not macOS recycle bin)

    I'm running a Windows 10 virtual machine under Parallels Desktop 17 (I use PD17 because I need to run Windows 7). When I'm inside the Windows 10 environment I have trouble emptying the WINDOWS recycle bin. I use Coherence mode - I don't see a Windows 10 Desktop - I just see my macOS Desktop. I typed "Recycle Bin" into the Windows Explorer address and from there I use Recycle Bin tools to empty the trash - but THAT trash can is my macOS trash can - not the Windows trash can.

    How do I access and empty the Windows 10 Trash Can?

    This was two months ago. I don't recall what I did but I believe I was able to resolve this problem.

    Could you disable coherence mode, empty the recycle bin, and then re-enable coherence mode?

    This was two months ago. I don't recall what I did but I believe I was able to resolve this problem.
