This license key is already registered in a different account

Hi. Similar issue here: The license key is associated with another Parallels account. I have the licence key, I have been able to login on your site, but I can't activate on my new M3 Mac (upgrading from Intel).

Hello Parallel supporting team,
My subscription was renewed with the old account that was not used anymore, and I forgot about this account when I activated my Licence on my Mac, It said, "This license key is already registered in a different account." Please help me with how to get back and use it on my current account.

 

Can I cancel this renewal and get my money?
