    I am running:
    • host OS: macOS Sequoia 15.3
    • Parallels Desktop 20.2.0 Pro Edition
    • Windows 11 24H2 guest OS
When the Windows VM is in Coherence mode, the Windows system tray icons show up in the macOS menu bar as expected. However, whenever an M365 app (Teams, Outlook, OneNote, ...) restarts / updates / exits, a dead icon remains in the macOS menu bar. See attached screenshot. If I exit coherence, Windows correctly shows only the alive icons in the system tray. When I re-enter coherence, then I see only the alive icons and no dead icons.

Is anyone else also experiencing this? Any suggestions on a fix?

    Thanks!

I am having the exact same problem. I've been living with this issue for about a month, but finally had a few minutes to see if there is a fix. It is massively annoying and defeats the purpose.

Are you still having this problem on Parallels Desktop 20 for Mac 20.4.0 (55980)?

I've just updated Parallels to 20.4.0 and I'm still having and seeing the same problem. This has not been resolved. Does anyone know if Parallels has this as an open issue to be reviewed and resolved?

    Have you contacted Parallels support?
