Hello, I need help to cancel my subscription - I am logged in on my Mac with the key but when I try to manage my subscription and log in online with the same account that I can see the key is linked to on my Mac, it tells me that the key is linked to another account. The email address it tells me the other key is linked to seems very random. Please can someone help me cancel the subscription as I no longer require this.
I also can't find a way to contact support or cancel this subscription. I'm suspicious that similar comments have no responses from anyone also...
