I cannot get support or move my licenses to a new computer because I no longer have access to the email you have on file.

    Please advise.

General steps for recovering your license
    1. Find your proof of purchase. Gather any information you have that proves you are the legitimate owner of the license. This can include:
      • The original license key.
      • The purchase date.
      • An order number or transaction ID.
      • Billing details, such as the name and address used for the purchase.
      • Any other receipts or emails related to your purchase.
    2. Locate the company's customer support. Do a web search for the software company's "contact support" or "license recovery" page. Do not rely on your outdated support emails. Look for alternative ways to contact them, such as:
      • A support ticket portal.
      • A phone number for licensing or technical support.
      • A live chat feature.
      • Community forums where official support agents are active.
    3. Explain your situation clearly. When you contact support, state the problem and provide all the information you collected in the first step. Be explicit that you no longer have access to the email on file. Support agents are trained to handle these situations, but you may need to provide additional information to verify your identity.
    4. Confirm their identity verification process. Be prepared for support to ask for specific information to verify your identity before they assist you. Some companies may require multiple forms of proof to prevent fraud.
