MacOS 15 and M3 support nested virtualization, UMT which takes QEMU as its backends has already support nested, see https://github.com/utmapp/UTM/releases/tag/v4.6.0

Nested virtualization is a key requirement for WSL2 and virtualization development and it is basically a hardware feature, not a challenge for SW.

As a paid hypervisor, please seriously consider implement nested virtualization for M3 and later. Please give your customer a roadmap

Does Parallels have any roadmap or plan to enable Nested Virtualization support on Apple Silicon Macs (M-series) when running Windows 11 ARM?
In our company, we use virtualized environments to develop and test applications, which often require nested virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V-based services, WSL2, and similar).
Since Apple has recently introduced APIs for nested virtualization on macOS 15 (M3 and newer), having this feature in Parallels would be extremely valuable for professional and business users.
Is this functionality planned, and if yes, can you share any expected timeline?

I second the above statement and would like to add, that running wsl2 directly, especially when using vscode and developing cross plattform compatible software is both a requirement and a must have to develop efficient on a parallels Win VM.
