I have 2 subscriptions to Parallels Desktop and was running the current version (20.4.1). I upgraded one machine to 26 and upon attempting to activate, I repeatedly get the dialog below. I have logged out and logged back in. Uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels. I am currently dead in the water. This is the only support that is offered to me (even though it says I can have phone and chat support as a subscriber). Help
Hi, I have the same issue. I contacted support by chat and it is a known issue which they are working on. I have reinstalled version 20 and relicensed ok.
Me as well. Unfortunately it deletes the old Parallels version 20, which I must go find, download and reinstall now. Suggest to anyone seeing this before upgrading: DO NOT UPGRADE until a resolution is posted here.
Hello, Please note that this is a known issue and we are currently investigating. As a temporary workaround for now, please uninstall Parallels Desktop 26 (open Finder > click on Applications > right click Parallels Desktop and move to bin). Then download and install Parallels Desktop 20.4.1 from: https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v20/20.4.1-55996/ParallelsDesktop-20.4.1-55996.dmg Regards,
Looks like the issue has been fixed in a new version of Parallels Desktop 26 Pro. I have just upgraded from V20 to V26 and now it licenses up fine.
