Error message: "This license has reached its activation limit" on my new mac

    Hello
    I am getting below error when activating Parallels Desktop on my new mac.
    Error message: "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."

    I found and reviewed below article and want support on this issue.

    I activated Parallels Desktop previously on my old Mac but I no longer have that old Mac. I am not able to deactivate that license key so that I can activate it to my new Mac. May I ask for assistance on this?

    Hallo, bei mir auf neuem Mac steht "Diese Lizenz hat das Aktivierungslimit erreicht und kann nicht mehr...." Wie aktiviere ich jetzt? Den alten Mac habe ich nicht mehr.
    Könnten Sie die Aktivierungen zurücksetzen? Das wäre nett. Danke 37CE447B-E683-43BE-A83E-CA242B8B93BC.png
