I have 2 subscriptions to Parallels Desktop and was running the current version (20.4.1). I upgraded one machine to 26 and upon attempting to activate, I repeatedly get the dialog below. I have logged out and logged back in. Uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels. I am currently dead in the water. This is the only support that is offered to me (even though it says I can have phone and chat support as a subscriber).

    Hi,
I have the same issue. I contacted support by chat and it is a known issue which they are working on. I have reinstalled version 20 and relicensed ok.

Me as well. Unfortunately it deletes the old Parallels version 20, which I must go find, download and reinstall now.

Suggest to anyone seeing this before upgrading: DO NOT UPGRADE until a resolution is posted here.

Looks like the issue has been fixed in a new version of Parallels Desktop 26 Pro. I have just upgraded from V20 to V26 and now it licenses up fine.

Well, somehow started to work. But was weird. I installed (over licensed and tested working version 20.x) the version 26 using the small installer dmg which downloads the latest version got version 26.0. Installed, but failed to license (same message as above). OK, I went to my storage with full installers where I have both version 20.x and 26.0.0-57238. I accidentally clicked on version 26 instead of 20 and reinstalled the version 26 from the 200MB dmg file over the version 26 installed by the small dmg latest version installer. Basically, I reinstalled same version over version 26. Started and without doing anything, it is licensed as it should be. Confusing. So may be try reinstalling the same version over version 26 and see if that helps.
