I messed up. We've appreciated Parallels while my son had a mac for college but now that he is done and is using a windows machine he no longer needed the account. I thought I had to delete my account to cancel the subscription but I see a charge this month. Can someone get me help? (Preferably not in this forum.) Thanks!
I have similar problem, I cancelled and delted account prior to account renewal date over a month before. However I was just billed for a renewal and couldn't log in because account had already been deleted, so now I'm wasting an hour resigning up and posting here. I would like a refund and confirmation that account is cancelled.
