Hello all, I am trying to use the Device Management Capability from Parallels RAS. It is needed to make a WIN11 Device only allowing Parallels Client. Via Windows Tools it is horrible to achieve that, so i am trying new Ways. So here is the Setup: We are an MSP and host the virtual Machines from our Customers in an dedicated Datacenter in another City. The Customer in Question has an CB and two RDSHs. Everything connected trough a Lancom vFirewall in our Datacenter. This Firewall is only for this Customar, as we build every Customer as an Standalone Network, with no Firewall sharing at all and an own static IP from our Pool. Now i am trying to get the Test-Device, from OUR internal Network through the Internet onto the CB for Management. But it stays in the "Pair Pending" State. Things i have done so far: - redirected the 20009 Port from WEB to CB via Portforwarding - disabled every "onboard" Firewall windows has to offer, for testing. - even created a special Firewall Rule on the Client to let 20009 Traffic flow freely, wherever it want to go. But it changed nothing. Am i missing something? The Parallels Support was no Help at all. My Problem was not solved and they closed my Ticket as "solved". Maybe someone has an Idea. Thank you Guys!
