I was trying to connect PS4 Controller and my logitech keyboard and mouse but unable to detect any bluetooth devices.
Bluetooth is confirmed and has been enabled in Parallels Control. Any workaround?

    Here's my system configuration:
Parallels Desktop 17 for Mac (17.1.4)
    MacOS 12.4 (Monterey)
    Windows 11

Appreciate if someone can advise because I need the bluetooth to work with at least mouse and keyboard for work in Windows. Thanks very much in advance!

Hello @hanbaobao, Please reinstall the Parallels Tools by referring - KB Parallels: Parallels Tools manual installation, then to share your Bluetooth devices with a virtual machine > Open virtual machine configuration > Hardware > USB & Bluetooth and enable Share Bluetooth devices with Windows and then in Windows go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Click Add Bluetooth or other device buttons, then follow on-screen instructions to pair your device. Thanks.

Hi, I tried reinstalling parallels per the step by step but it's the same. Unable to pair. It takes forever to detect the bluetooth device, then it started asking for pin which I input but still taking forever to pair.

Hello, Thank you for your comment.

Please note that in Parallels Desktop 26, Shared Bluetooth functionality was deprecated, meaning that the virtual machine will not be able to use the Bluetooth feature of your Mac to connect a device directly to the virtual machine as a Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth devices (e.g., keyboards, mice, or game controllers) connected to your Mac will continue to work normally in virtual machines, this means that the Bluetooth device connected to the Mac will be shared to the virtual machine.

Note: To connect a Bluetooth device directly to a virtual machine, consider using a USB Bluetooth dongle and connecting the dongle directly to the virtual machine in the Devices > USB section and then Windows 11 will be able to use the capabilities of the USB Bluetooth dongle to detect devices and connect them directly to your virtual machine.

    Reference:
Check the "What was deprecated or removed from Parallels Desktop 26" section of this article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/131014

    Regards,
    Parallels Team
