I have been invoiced for a product I cancelled. How do I contact support ???

    I have cancelled my subscription to Parallels desktop, and my licences show indeed as expired. I have however been billed 115,69 EUR in August.

    How do I contact you about this problem ? I can't even send an email about it !!! Is this even legal ???
