Cancel subscription

    Hello,

    I want to cancel my Parallels Desktop subscription, but I'm having trouble doing so. When I go to my dashboard page, I don't see my subscription at all. Instead, it says that my license key isn't associated with my account.

    Because of this, I can't view or manage my subscription, let alone cancel it. Could someone from support please assist me with this issue? I need it canceled as soon as possible!
