Pro subscription cannot be activated after updating to 26.1.0

    This happened when updating to 26. Now it happens once again after update.

    Same here, after Update from Version 26.0 to 26.1

    Rolled back to 26.0.1 through Time Machine. Hope this issue can be addressed soon.

    I just upgraded to the latest version and I'm having the same issue!

    Hello,
    Please note that this is a known issue and it is currently being investigated by our Development team.
    As a workaround, we would recommend to downgrade to Parallels Desktop 26.0.1 using this link.
    Note: When prompted to update to the latest version, kindly do not update to latest build and use current version.
