My Windows VM file size is 2 times greater than the size of Windows. Is this correct? Below are the prints of windows, HD size, and VM files.

Hello, Thank you for your post.

The reason that it shows a higher storage space usage could be due to the presence of Snapshots for the virtual machine and/or Reclaimable space. For us to be able to confirm, can you please:

    1. Right-click on the Parallels Desktop icon in the Mac dock > Control Center > Click on the Settings/Gear button under the virtual machine name.
    2. Go to the General Section and share with us a screenshot of what you have here.
    3. Additionally, when the virtual machine is running, please collect and send a technical report:
Click Parallels desktop icon on the top-right side of your Mac screen > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this e-mail.
More details on how to collect a report can be found in this article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/9058

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Regards,
    Parallels Team
