REFUND REQUEST!

    My unused license has been renewed automatically without any email notification! This is absolutely unacceptable, I even tried to login to the "My Account" page but there is no option for me to manage my subscription!

    Please reply me ASAP and I want to request the refund!

    Make sure your Parallels Desktop license is registered.
    2. Go to the Support page. ( https://my.parallels.com/support/ )
    3. Select your product and the category of your question.
    Enter a short issue description or key words into the search box.
    4. If you don't find the solution you are looking for, click "Request Support" and proceed to the Support contact options.
    Note: Parallels Desktop support is only provided in English.

    how is it possible that tens and tens of people have the same issue and no help is given
    It should be sas easy to stop as to start
    I even doubt if it is legal this way

    I'm having the same issue
    two permanent parallel desktop for mac Permanent descriptions
    one mac has dies years ago and the other one only runs on apple OS also for years
    when i follow the link in teh payment mail and press the buttons there is no option to cancel/stop, instead i can go to the support
    and the circle begins again.

    to make it worse the permanent descriptions was my father's who died at the age of 92 two years ago, april 5 2023

    Hello, I was charged parallels desktop for Mac
    I am writing to request a refund for my Parallels subscription.

    I have been subscribed since last year, but I never received any invoices or billing confirmations at my email address. When I recently go to Cleverbridge website, the third-party billing provider for Parallels, there are no invoices associated with my email address on file.

    Despite this, my account was charged again this year without any invoice or billing notice being sent to me.

    Because I was not provided with invoices or proper billing documentation, I am requesting a refund for the most recent charge. Please review my account and advise on the next steps to process this refund.

    Permanent licenses are not renewable. Additionally, permanent licenses include email support for 24 months from the Parallels Desktop version release date.
