Reset license please

    Hello, I am trying to activate my v20 license on a new computer but it says I've reached my limit. Before installing on my new machine, I did make sure I deactivated the license on my old machine. However, that doesn't seem to be resetting the counter?

    Hi Parallels team,
    Same here! I purchased a Parallels license in August 2024 (order reference number: 475517878) and activated it on my work Mac at my previous job. Unfortunately, I forgot to deactivate it before wiping that machine when I left the company.

    Now I'm unable to transfer or activate my license on my new work Mac. Could someone please help me reset or release the license association so I can use it on my new computer?
