Option to disable OS badge in Spotlight

Please provide an option to disable the new unwanted OS badges on apps displayed in Spotlight that were introduced in version 19.4.0.

And now please bring it back, or - better - give the option to have it on or off.
Not being able to tell the difference between Windows and Mac apps is very unhelpful when you have both versions installed.
