Keyboard settings not saving

    So, when changing keyboard shortcuts in Parallels Desktop 26, The changes don't persist whenever I quit Parallels Desktop.
    For example, I wanna disable all the application shortcuts, they work but as soon as I restart PD it goes back to default.
    Any ideas on what's going on here?

    Yes same for me, have set them up 3 times now and they never persist.

    I am a student, just bought parallels at pro plan a couple weeks ago.
    I really, really love this, but this needs to be fixed as quickly as possible please. I appreciate your efforts for telling us it's being investigated.

    Exactly the same issue. Very very frustrating for me, after paying not small money for Parallels sw.
    Please fix it ASAP!
