The latest Windows 11 for ARM update supports AVX instructions for x86_64 emulation. And it works under Parallels on a M1 MacBook - this really helps with a number of programs. Slightly annoying you have to go to properties/compatibility/emulation and check "Show newer emulated CPU features"
Never mind - you meant the properties for the individual program file. Found it. wonder if this will solve the DirectX 12 issues with some of the games run under Battlenet?
This new emulation causes performance issues in enabled applications. If your app doesn't exclusively require AVX instructions, do not enable this.
