I just purchased Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition. The installation completed without issues, and Parallels has full permissions under System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility. When I launch the app, it shows the Parallels startup screen with the "Starting..." status. After about one to two minutes, the application closes on its own with no error message or crash dialog. System details: • Mac Studio (M2) • macOS Tahoe 26.1 • Parallels Desktop Pro (latest download from the Parallels website) Additional notes: • Parallels has run on this same machine in the past, but on an earlier macOS version. • No third-party virtualization or security software installed. • This happens immediately on launch, before creating or loading any virtual machines. Has anyone else experienced Parallels failing to launch on macOS Tahoe 26.1? If there are known compatibility issues, logs I should review, or settings to check, I'd appreciate the guidance.
Answered my own question. I didn't realize that I needed to register my product key "First" and then try and launch the application. Would have been nice if that made this process a little more clear.
