Smartguard Snapshots, Time Machine backups Maintenance window

Currently Smartguard Snapshots appear to just randomly decide they are going to trigger.

There are many examples why this is poor behavior as it cannot be controlled.

• In the middle of an critical teams meeting you could miss vital information, be cut off, or distracted.
• Interruption of work flow and focus on current task.
• Downloads of large files interruption
• System is running tasks that may fail due to snapshot interruption

Simply prompting the user if they wish take a snapshot is not enough as the user should not need to be bothered by automated task.
I would request that a time maintenance window for smart guard to be active could be put in place to ensure that snapshots are taken outside of business hours.
Also an option to only carry out snapshots when the system is Idle would be a suitable option.
