Hello, I'm trying to cancel my auto-renewal but I'm unable to do so through your interface. Additionally, I cannot open a support ticket to report this issue, the UX doesn't allow it. Could someone from the Parallels team please manually disable the auto-renewal for my account? I'd appreciate if you could also look into why the cancellation option isn't working properly in the user interface. Thank you for your assistance.
Same here - I recommend everyone speak with their bank/card issuer about what appears to be fraudulent business practices, and report to Better Business Bureau as well. That's what I'm planning to do.
