Upgrade Key not working with my previous version key after installing on new mac.

    Hello good folk, I am having an issue with an upgrade key of mine not working when I attempt to enter the previous version key. I'm getting the error "The server has not accepted your key"

    This is problematic as I use parallels on several macs (and have had no problems with my other keys)

    I can provide the key if needed. But the key in question ends with the following characters.
    XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-N6NQBK

    Assistance would be appreciated so I may get this version of parallels reactivated.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your feedback.
    Could you please try using your Upgrade key and when prompted to enter a previous key, please use XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-HGFQVX.
    We made some changes on our end, as such please check if the issue persists.

    I attempted to do so, and received the error "This key cannot be used to activate parallels desktop"

    Correction, "The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server" Is the error, using the original key ending in "HGFQVX"
