Everywhere else, the internet works fine. However for steam it's "No Connection". Sometimes the connection is established but then it gets dropped again.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your post.
Can you please confirm if the same issue is also observed on a newly created virtual machine?

You can create a new virtual machine by following these steps:

    1. Start the Parallels Desktop application.
    2. Right-click on the Parallels Desktop icon in the dock > Control Center.
    3. Click the '+'.
    4. Select "Get Windows 11" > Continue > Install

Once the new machine is installed, try to install steam and check if the same issue is observed?

If yes, can you please try an alternative network connection? By that we mean if you are on your home WIFI or network, please try to connect to a different network such as a smartphone hotspot (charges can apply depending on your Mobile Phone Data plan) and test the same.

If this was working fine before with Steam, and now it is not, you might also want to check and clear the cache etc in the Steam application.

    Regards,
    Parallels Team
