2024 was the last year I used Parallels, I cancelled all known subscriptions 2025 I get charged even after I cancel my subscriptions, I submit a ticket - NOTHING 2026 I get charged AGAIN!!! Why!?!?! My Parallels account online say I have no subscriptions and say I'm not going to get billed for another useless service - BUT I STILL DO. I've placed in multiple support tickets about this requesting refunds, I AM NOT BEING REPLIED TO. Previous tickets I've submitted regarding refund requests and subscriptions don't show up on my account. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

I am having the exact same issue. I have not used parallels in over 6 months and I have been billed out of nowhere and am completely unable to find any access to support or account/subscription management. I am very disappointed in how difficult this whole process is. I can't even open my own support ticket? The only way to contact support is via facebook and twitter (which I don't have accounts for) and this forum, which I can't seem to understand how to create my own post? It's ludicrous. Please open a ticket on my behalf and contact me in order to resolve this ASAP. Thank you.
I am having the same problem with parallels as DwightF is having. I was emailed stating that my autorenewal was coming up. However, when I log in I don't see any dashboard where I can go to cancel the auto renewal. I want to terminate services. Help right now, please
