Hi Support, I tried to cancel auto renewal for one of our licenses but it's not showing up under our subscription, and we can't register it as well to manage. Can you please cancel this invoice AKD-736126074554 and refund it? it had been renewed recently. The product is Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year).
