Activation

    Max allowed PD on my MacBook Pro (macOS El Capitan) is PD 14, but I'm NOT allowed to activate this version. I'm getting the following warning:
    Unable to perform the operation.
    The license server rejects it.

    Please help....!

    I have the same issue. Mac Pro (2008) running Mac OS 10.11.6. I get the same error message (The License server rejects it.) after entering my activation code.

    Hello,
    Thank you for reaching out.
    We have reset the Parallels Desktop 14 license key.
    Please check and let us know if you can now activate Parallels Desktop 14.

    If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of the error.

    Hello,
    Please provide the following details:
    1. A screenshot of the error message.
    2. Please collect a technical report (click on the Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this e-mail.

    Still gives me the Server rejection error. See screen shot below
