The video download and archiving tools in the Mac version of Parallels Toolbox won't work without Rosetta 2, but the crucial Rosetta 2 installation message never appears.
And Rosetta 2 is being sunsetted in macOS27 - I got the Apple warning when I recently ran the video download tool. Mind you, I've also had that Apple warning about Intel-based apps running Word and DV Resolve (not for the core apps, but both use plug-ins that won't work in macOS27).
I know that Rosetta 2 will be discontinued on macOS 27, and I'm aware of Apple's warnings. The problem now is that when using Parallels Toolbox, there's absolutely no indication that Rosetta 2 is required. If I use it without Rosetta 2 installed, no error message is displayed; it simply stops working. At the very least, I'd like to see an error message indicating that Rosetta 2 is required.
