Hi Support, I tried to cancel auto renewal of our licenses but it's not showing up under our subscription and i am not able to manage it. My license was renewed and charged to my credit card without my approval. There is no direct method of removing your stored credit card information, This is so unethical. How can such a large organisation gets away with this kind of unethical things?
