Video Downloads Not Working

    I'm unable to download videos from Youtube and other sites. My toolbox is up to date.

    Kindly collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID.
    Moreover, kindly provide us with the video link you are trying to download.

    I'm having the same problem and I just submitted a report.

    It's literally any youtube video I try to download.

    Report ID is 512728057

    The error is:
    This video service may not be supported.

    Try to provide a direct link to the video:
    - Right-click the video and select "Get URL", or
    - Drag the video thumbnail to the app

    Having the same issue! I was downloading several videos successfully from YouTube and it quit being able to download. I tried numerous videos but to no avail. I restarted my MacBook Pro as well. Please help.

    I can't download YouTube video on my new MacBook Pro and license. When I click the link on the arrow it just keeps moving in the downward direction and never stops. Report ID while problem was happening is
    516535690.

    Unable to download any videos, when I paste the link the error keeps spinning and receive message "Processing the web link. Please wait" and nothing happens. I also submitted report ID # 519841348. Thank you

    Joining the club with this problem which I have noticed over the years of using Parallels just appears from time to time. In my experience it eventually starts working again. Rather annoying to have to just wait for the , (hopefully, fix to happen) without any acknowledgement of the problem from Parallels.

    Mine hasn't worked reliably for over a year. YT downloading barely works. I use the tool to download MY OWN VIDEOS. Or at least try. O have grown frustrated that this continues to be an issue year after year. Other downloaders I have discovered work perfectly every time. I can only assume the Mac customer base is too small to justify proper upkeep of this tool. So, I can no longer justify paying for the subscription. I wanted to support Parallels, and have continued to do so all this time. It's obvious they simply aren't interested.
