Can't get out of my subscription, be aware!

    I want to cancel my sub and there is literally no option or way to do this from within my account because it says: "This License Key is already connected to another account." Which can't be true since the key got send to exact this email adress. I can't cancel the subscription because i cannot get into my account.

    Smoke and mirrors. One may think this is on purpose to confuse and distract.

    I want to CANCEL my subscription, i already told my bank this is a scam and will take further action if you don't get me access to my account. This is a total waste of my time and energy and i am very angry.

    I can't access the support ticket via the application, the page which opens gives me a 404 error.

    I am in my Account settings in the application and see that the subscription is running but have no access to my account on the web to cancel it. It says the key is already in use by another account, whichis simply not the case since.
