I installed Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Version 18.1.0 (53311) on macOS Big Sur 11.7.11. with Windows 10. Unfortunately, I can't install some programs on Windows 10, and I'd like to try it with Windows 8.1, which I've already installed on another computer with macOS El Capitan 10.11.6 and Parallels Desktop 11.1.3 (32521) without any problems. Unfortunately, I can't find the 8.1 installation ISO in the virtual machine. Can anyone tell me if I can find it in some folder or extract it from the Windows 8.1.pvm file?
Hello, Thank you for your post. Unfortunately, Parallels Desktop does not provide the ISO for Windows 8.1. If you are requiring an ISO for Windows 8.1, you can try checking with Microsoft Support if they can provide it to you. Additionally, if you already have it on another computer, you can bring in a copy of that virtual machine on the one with 18.1.0 and use it. Regards, Parallels Team
