I am very disappointed with support, I have sent 8 messages to them no one has replied. I can't P2V my windows laptop using parallals tools. I can using VMware and even Veeam back it up ok, so I can restore them both into fusion. Would I recommend this an absolutely NO. I would have I bought it, But the lack of response from support. Use Fusion it is free and far better support
I can understand how frustrating that would be. When you've paid for software, you expect timely support--especially after sending multiple messages. A product can have good features, but poor customer service can really hurt the overall experience. Hopefully the support team responds soon and addresses the P2V issue, because long delays make it hard to recommend the product, especially when free alternatives like Fusion are working better for your needs.
