    Shame on Parallels support

I am very sorry to say that Parallels support lacks of any real "support".

I have even spent 30 bucks in a phone support that has never taken place.

All the great things that you do with your products are losen with your poor costumer care.

What can I do to get my "phone support" refunded?

    Regards.

After experencing many of your same problems with Transporter these last several weeks, I found today that PCMover (http://www.laplink.com/pcmover) worked for me to transport my Windows progams (not the OS) and data files from a PC notebook with OEM XP installed on it to a Parallels VM into which I had already loaded XP and expanded to be large enough to accommodate what I planned to move over to Parallels.
Here's a link to my post on a sticky thread with more details of what worked for me. http://forum.parallels.com/showpost.php?p=97858&postcount=8
Best of luck to you, too. Hope this is of some help and perhaps also of some help to Parallels Support to learn what might improve their Transporter.

Would you list the VPC client software that you removed? Did you have to replace any drivers, or were you able to use the VPC drivers?
