I somehow lost my mouse sync and for the life of me I can't enable it. I've tried everything and went through the documentation but am getting nowhere and frustrated. How is mouse sync enabled? Thanks ... Mike
Don't bother replying - I fixed my problem. I simply uninstalled and then reinstalled Parallels Tools and mouse synchronization is now fully functional. Mike
Hello, it is great you've managed to fix it yourself! Anyway, reinstallation of Parallels Tools is the first solution that should be provided in your case.
