share bootcamp with vmware?

I am at the moment evaluating between the 3 options for some work, so wanted to know if I have already used a bootcamp partition with vmware, can I use it again with parallels ?

Yes, although you should only have one accessing it at a time, and I think only one installed at a time, too.

Yea, you don't want conflicts between the VMWare and Parallels Tools on the same machine.

 

but as I said I already have vmtools installed on it ? Do I gues ninstall vmtools and install parallels tools ? or ?
