Thanks, I just uninstalled/reinstalled the tools and it fixed the problem. I wonder why?

    Sick of Parallels

I've tried every combination of install, uninstalls I can think of. This is driving me to go buy a copy of VMware. It's very clearly an issue with Parallels Tools.

    I agree with you

The same thing happened to me. I don't like 3.0, I never liked 3.0. That's why I'm a proud customer of VMware Fusion now, thank you very much.

Although Parallels 2.5 WAS a good product, I agree.

    Same Problem

I've just upgraded to version 3.0, build 5584 and my system is very slow also. I'm using an iMac w/2GB ram. When I uninstall the tools, the VM is usable. When their installed, it's not. My tools version is build 5584 [27.12.2007].

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the tools multiple times with no change.

Is there a newer version of the tools?

    wysiwyg composer

I am waitng for Leopard and Vista to mature
