Maybe it depends on the version of paralells. It works for me with Version 16.0.1 (48919)
Don't work for me
The -b flag to sudo: To run Parallels as a background app, which means it won't close when you close the terminal window.
The command is correct, perhaps you can change something in the path depending on the version of parallels or the spaces that mac leaves.
May be you need re-create VM
I have found the solution. I know that if you open parallells in root session it works but I want to open parallells with my user session....
