You can't expect that even native migrations from Windows. Data transfer, maybe, but transfering a OS isn't possible from old architecture to new.

Windows 64 ARM runs on Parallels. You can run apps for x86 on that version under emulation.

In time, yes, there are still compatibility issues. It is getting so much better however!
Only way I've been able to do it is to upgrade a preinstalled version from 20.04. I know some have made kernel patches for later versions....
I'm more concerned when they move to release and cut off insider builds. The only real solution is support for a retail Win 10 ARM or TPM support...
